I founded Martin Management & Advisory Group (MMAG) with a clear mission: to help organizations align their people strategies with business priorities, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build high-performing teams.
With a background in enterprise Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leadership, I bring experience partnering with executive teams across complex, multistate organizations. My expertise spans strategic workforce planning, executive talent acquisition, and HR business partnering.
Throughout my career, I’ve led recruiting functions supporting diverse business operations, delivered hundreds of hires, and partnered with leaders to navigate workforce challenges, organizational change, and evolving business priorities. My approach combines executive-level perspective with practical, hands-on execution.
